Gearing Up For Camp!

Less than a week now until our class gears up and heads for camp at
the Wairarapa Outdoor Pursuits camp area. Room 9 has been talking
about camp all week. Camp isn't the only thing our class has been
talking about this week, class speeches.
So far nearly our whole class
has done a speech, every single one on a different topic, from
speeches about Dodgeball to speeches about Minecraft! What crazy
speeches. Our class has been working on speeches for over 2 weeks,
what a great working class! Our "WALT" was to plan and write about a
formal speech.
Anyway, more about camp, on Monday morning our class
has to be at Wellington Train station by 7:40am! Isn't that an early
start! I wonder if everyone is going to be there on time. Sadly, not
everyone from our class can go to camp, we wish everyone in our class
could go, but that's just the way it is.Everyone is so excited about
camp, we can't wait! First we will be making our bivys to bivy at the camp ground then we will be going for a tramp up Mount Holdsworth , that's going to be hard work!
